No outside food or drinks are allowed except unopened water, which you can refill at the hydration station for free.
There will be food and drink vendors on site.
Alcohol will be for sale. You must provide an ID and receive an alcohol wristband at the ID booth prior to visiting the alcohol vendor. Drink tickets will be for sale at the ID check and wristband booth. Please purchase drink tickets prior to visiting the alcohol booth. No cash sales at the alcohol booth, tickets only.
Vendor fee is $100 for merchandise and food vendors.
We have a limited number of spots reserved for food vendors and a certain number reserved for merchandise vendors.
You will need to fill out the vendor form. Please visit the vendor page by going to the top tab that says, “Vendor” and we will get back to you.
Don’t wait, as space is limited, and vendor spots will go fast!

Children under 12 years old are free. Children 12 and over will need a ticket to get into the ballpark
You can bring a blanket or lawn chairs and set up anywhere that is not reserved.
We want all of our attendees to be able to enjoy the festival and see the stage. Tents will only be allowed in the designated area in the back of the ballpark.
We do not provide seating, except for our reserved sections. Please plan to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
Yes, cameras are allowed. Attendees may not enter stage or backstage area for photos. Photos must be taken from the common areas.

Yes, we will have your Blues in Bisbee shirts available for sale at the merchandise table
There will also be the Blues in Bisbee tumblers, water canteens, and other event items for sale, along with all vintage Blues in Bisbee shirts.

Clear bag policy is in place, personal item bag must be clear and able to see through. There is no size restriction as long as it is clear.

No Illegal or Illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives & self-defense sprays
No pets
No flammable items or Liquids including aerosols & fireworks
No outside food or beverage including alcohol
No bicycles, skateboards, hover-boards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials
